In My Fathers House is a series of
Teen Devotions that answer the question,
Who is Christ?
1 Let not your heart be troubled: ye
believe in God, believe also in me. 2 In my Father's house are many
mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a
place for you. 3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come
again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be
also.
John 14:1-3
Who is Christ?
This is one of the most important questions that every person needs to answer! Our very life depends upon it. As a matter of fact, it is a question that Jesus asked His own disciples.
And Jesus went out, and his disciples, into the towns of Caesarea Philippi: and by the way he asked his disciples, saying unto them, Whom do men say that I am? And they answered, John the Baptist; but some say, Elias; and others, One of the prophets. And he saith unto them, But whom say ye that I am? And Peter answereth and saith unto him, Thou art the Christ. Mark 8:27-29
Peter knew the answer, did he not?
We know most of what we know about Christ from the New Testament, especially from the Gospels. We see Him healing the sick, teaching his disciples, and casting out demons, but do we have a personal relationship with Him?
Journey with me through these devotions so that we can gain a better grasp of who Christ is, and may understand better our identity in Christ.
God Bless You,
Linda
